Only GapOnly® ready policies process your pet insurance claim while you’re still at the vet. You simply pay the gap (the difference between the vet’s invoice and your eligible claim benefit) and off you go.
GapOnly® is powered by PetSure, Australia’s leading pet insurance administrator. PetSure powers the pet insurance propositions of more than 20 brands, including some of Australia’s most recognisable brands, such as Everyday Insurance from Woolworths, RSPCA, PetBarn, Medibank, Bupa and HCF.
How to claim using GapOnly®:
- If your pet insurance brand offers GapOnly, let our team know you’d like to submit a GapOnly® claim for your pet’s treatment.
- We’ll lodge a GapOnly® claim on your behalf, and it’s assessed in around 5 minutes.
- Once the claim’s been assessed and approved, you simply pay the gap (the amount not covered by your pet insurance policy) and go.
A GapOnly® claim can be processed:
- Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:150pm
- Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm
- (AEST or AEDT as applicable, excluding NSW public holidays)
